The Duromatic Hotel range offers larger capacities and diameters than the other models in the Duromatic range.The Hotel range has a timeless elegance with black handles and valve housing. The pan is made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel, it has two side handles for easy, balanced lifting. Use this large diameter shallow pressure cooker without the lid as a frying pan, it's perfect for browning and sauteing. Put the lid on and bring up to pressure to quickly cook casseroles, curries, risottos and more. Frying pan pressure cookers are available in a smaller 2.5L size both with and without a titanium non-stick lining.
